Saturday, October 14th: Camplindo’s annual Homecoming Dance at Campolindo High School from 7:30-9:30. If you are interested in being a chaperone for the dance, contact Lindsay Webb-Peploe at [email protected], or Katie Clare at [email protected].
The week leading up to Homecoming is filled with fun activities for Campolindo’s students and concludes with a Homecoming pep rally on Friday, during the Academy period. There will be Women's flag football during the week (called Powder Puff), as well as a carnival with food for sale on Friday lunch.
This year’s Campo Homecoming theme is “Disneyland” and each class has their own special Disney-themed “land”:
Freshmen: “Toon Town”
Sophomores: “Tomorrowland”
Juniors: “Fantasyland”
Seniors: “Adventureland”
Classes will decorate their locker hallways at school and create Homecoming banners for the rally, using their specific themes. Students can join their class and help decorate their hallway on Monday, October 9th from 11 am - 3 pm(It’s a school holiday.) This is a great way for your student to get involved and meet other people in their grade. Click here to sign up to help!
Attire for the Homecoming dance on Saturday is semi-formal; students traditionally wear ties, button-downs, khakis/slacks, (blazers option), dresses (short, not long gowns) and pantsuits. (School dress code guidelines apply.) Students will be required to show their student ID to enter the dance. There are no dance tickets to purchase; the Homecoming dance is free with your ASB card.
We hope you join all the Homecoming fun!
