Testing with Accommodations
Students must first be approved by the College Board to receive accommodations on AP Exams. No further action is necessary if a student has previously been approved by College Board. All requests for accommodations and, when required, complete documentation must be submitted through SSD Online by January 15, 2025. Completing and returning to me this Parent Consent Form is the first step in requesting accommodations.
Students with College Board approved accommodations will be notified of their testing room locations and exact times by email the week before their exam date.
Late-Testing
Late Administration Testing is ONLY allowed if a student is taking 2 exams scheduled for the same time slot (you will be notified of your late testing date), has a medical emergency (doctor's note is required. Email me with Late-Testing request) or a NCS game conflict. (Only swimmers who qualify for NCS will be allowed to sit for Late-Testing. Please request Late Testing after you qualify. Coaches will notify me after the qualifying meet with the list of swimmers who are eligible for Late Testing.)
