Welcome Instrumental Music Families!
We are so excited to have you join our Campo music program for the 26-27 school year. While this year will begin with welcoming our new Instrumental Music Director, Patricia Hurtado, the schedule of exciting events we have planned for the year will remain largely the same including our trip to Carnegie Hall for our students who auditioned.
We will also be welcoming back our sectional instructors who will be coming in once a week to provide more individualized instruction and this year we will be offering a guitar class which has already filled to capacity! Our growing program cannot run successfully without donations and volunteers from our Instrumental music families so we are asking each family to donate to our Campo Music Boosters! This non-profit organization provides financial and volunteer support to the Instrumental Music Program.
In the 26-27 school year, our booster group will underwrite weekly instrument-specific small group lessons, the purchase of music, maintenance of instruments, travel to festivals, and the production of our home concerts and festivals. This year, the cost of the program is approximately $1000 per student. While the Instrumental Music Department has received some funding from MEF, the Campo Music Boosters raise funds annually to bridge the gap and grow the program. Please help us achieve our funding goals by making a donation today.
